Employment Solutions
TMI's employment programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Riverside County include: Community Integration Training Program (CITP), Supported Employment (SE), and Paid Internship Program (PIP). Our innovative programs seek to assist our clients with finding employment if they desire and/or help them integrate into the community by volunteering at local businesses. We assist our clients with being contributing members of society. The programs are funded by Inland Regional Center (IRC).

Assessment & Intervention Services
Our Family Support Services program, Assessment and Intervention Services (AIS), is designed to provide person-centered services and supports to participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities within the context of family homes, group homes and independent living arrangements. AIS staff, with input from the Interdisciplinary Planning Team, will provide participants, families, support staff and/or caregivers the tools necessary to help manage, reduce, and/or extinguish targeted behaviors. We promote inclusion in the least restrictive environment.
