Our belief that all people are capable of performing real work for real pay has led us to develop an array of employment services which focuses on helping people to achieve a rich and rewarding life. Integration is more than just a job in the community. It is our goal to help people not only become conscientious employees, but also to become contributing members of their communities. In essence, to enjoy full citizenship in the world around them. Providing opportunities for people to work is not an employer's act of charity however, because people with disabilities have established themselves as dependable, hard working and competent members of the workforce. TMI is committed to breaking the stereotypes by helping those who rely on our support to engage in career planning not merely job matching, to aspire to jobs beyond those in which people with disabilities have been traditionally placed and to work at jobs which are as much a reflection of their own interests as they are a particular employer's needs.

TMI is privileged to have assisted many people over the years to enter the workforce. People we currently support or have supported in the past are working at many diverse jobs throughout San Diego.
